Service Associate – Bank Teller

About the role

The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through excellent customer service and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver over‑the‑counter banking transactions while maintaining error‑free processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations.
• Identify risk areas and apply bank policies to mitigate them.
• Maintain service standards such as line wait time and transaction turnaround.
• Assist with process improvements and technology implementation across branch systems.
• Engage clients professionally to provide a superior customer experience.
• Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
• Strong controlling, monitoring and security‑awareness skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
