Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator will support an e‑commerce brand’s end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring inventory accuracy, seamless purchasing, production coordination, and on‑time fulfillment across direct‑to‑consumer and marketplace channels. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the role works closely with sales, finance, marketing, operations, 3PL providers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain SKU‑level inventory tracking, monitor weeks of supply, safety stock and reorder points.
• Support monthly S&OP processes and proactively flag stock risks.
• Create and manage purchase orders, track production timelines and ETA reporting.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, international shipping documentation (DDP/FOB) and freight movements.
• Monitor daily order flow, reconcile inventory discrepancies and manage FBA/WFS replenishment.
• Maintain spec sheets, GS1 barcodes, technical documents and Bill of Materials.
• Update supply planning dashboards, forecast accuracy tracking and ensure data integrity across ERP, marketplace and warehouse systems.
• Maintain supplier documentation, support onboarding of new suppliers and assist with sourcing research.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, purchasing or operations coordination.
• Strong background in inventory forecasting, tracking and fulfillment processes.
• Hands‑on experience with 3PLs, freight coordination and international shipping documentation.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, WMS, marketplace platforms and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, able to manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment.
