About the role
PCI Private Limited is seeking an experienced Demand Planning Specialist to join its Business Unit in Laguna. The role will support the company’s expansion by managing customer forecasts, coordinating with production and purchasing, and ensuring optimal inventory levels.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer forecasts and orders, and propose loading in the MRP system.
- Liaise with customers to confirm delivery schedules and follow up on commitments.
- Monitor and collaborate with Production and Purchasing teams to meet delivery commitments.
- Maintain waterfall reports based on customer forecasts and line‑of‑balance reports for internal review.
- Minimize shipment backlogs and keep finished‑goods inventory at optimal levels.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a demand planner, preferably within an Electronics Manufacturing Services environment.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
