About the role
The Specialist, Sales & Customer Growth will work closely with the Head of Operations and a small, dynamic team to accelerate growth for Stranger Soccer’s flagship business. This virtual role focuses on acquiring new customers, converting sales, engaging players, and driving revenue initiatives across the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain B2C customers.
- Manage the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion.
- Engage players through targeted campaigns and community initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and product teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet targets.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in B2C sales and customer growth, preferably with a “growth hacking” mindset.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong initiative, follow‑up ability, and results‑driven attitude.
- Passion for engaging with customers and achieving targets.
- Friendly, positive attitude and a team‑player mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- Interest in football is a strong plus.
- Experience working overseas or with international companies is a plus.
