Six Sigma Consultant – Immediate Start + Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

The Six Sigma Consultant will lead the adoption of Six Sigma methodology and data‑driven analytics across the organization to achieve strategic business objectives. Working closely with certified Six Sigma professionals, the role focuses on designing, executing, and validating improvement projects, including those leveraging AI/ML and automation technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a Six Sigma quality culture and embed continuous improvement practices.
• Identify process issues, lead cross‑functional improvement projects, and measure results using statistical methods.
• Gather, analyze, and report data to support decision‑making and validate project outcomes.
• Define and monitor performance metrics through a structured reporting governance model.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior leadership to secure approval and resources.
• Manage the Bright Idea program and oversee training deployment for 200‑400 FTEs.
• Collaborate with US quality and operations teams on complex business units.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven record of large‑scale projects.
• Three to five completed Six Sigma projects, preferably certified.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and automation.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated change‑management expertise.
