Manufacturing Operator – Assembly & Testing

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Operator to join our production floor. The role focuses on back‑end assembly and testing activities, ensuring that all work follows internal instructions, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Follow internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS).
• Execute and supervise back‑end assembly tasks such as die preparation, bonding, molding, trim & form, and testing.
• Organize and manage assigned stock of parts, semi‑products, and components.
• Assemble modules and products according to plan using specialized machines and tools.
• Perform prescribed visual inspections, functionality checks and general quality test routines.

Required profile

• Ability to apply work‑related skills to execute focused procedures.
• Experience assembling/mounting parts in a repetitive, high‑volume environment.
• Capability to monitor part and material needs, using a Kanban system or personal hand stock.
• Comfort with simple functionality and quality tests such as sight checks.
