Shipbuilding Project Manager

About the role

B-HIVE, an engineering firm focused on innovative solutions, is looking for a Shipbuilding Project Manager to lead projects from conception to delivery. You will ensure client satisfaction, project profitability, quality, and schedule compliance while collaborating with internal departments and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all project phases, aligning with company procedures and quality standards.
• Work closely with operational teams, Basic Engineering, Strategic Procurement, and other support functions.
• Maintain project margins, monitor costs, and propose cost‑effective solutions.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to management with full transparency.
• Identify risks, manage the critical path, and take initiatives to protect project interests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management and customer relationship handling.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to plan, anticipate difficulties, and manage critical paths.
• Practical approach with close collaboration with production teams.
• Cost‑awareness and ability to propose improvements that limit expenses.
• Solution‑oriented mindset, critical thinking, and ability to assess impact of changes.
