ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Makati on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust ServiceNow platform, especially around Human Resources Service Delivery, while collaborating with Azure DevOps pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions using Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework and catalog deployment.
• Manage Azure DevOps stories, CI/CD pipelines and test automation for HRSD processes and related APIs.
• Implement tools and processes that create a stable platform for all IT customer teams and document standards.
• Coordinate with multiple product teams and communicate new capabilities to end‑users to drive enterprise adoption.
• Align system engineering strategies with architectural guidelines, application strategy and business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with ServiceNow, especially HR Service Delivery, and familiarity with other modules such as CMDB and ITSM.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
