Service Crew – Customer Service & Food Preparation

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Service Crew members. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while delivering food and beverage items according to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve products following company recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist in restocking supplies.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Required profile

• At least a high school graduate.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Open to candidates with or without prior experience (training provided).
