SEO Strategist & Technical SEO Manager (AI & CRO Focus)

About the role

ResmarkWeb, a digital marketing agency serving tour operators worldwide, is seeking an experienced SEO Strategist & Technical SEO Specialist. The role focuses on advanced SEO, AI‑driven search trends, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and growth strategy to boost rankings, traffic, and bookings for tourism brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Perform keyword research, mapping, and develop internal linking strategies.
• Optimise page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and on‑page content structure.
• Enhance blogs and landing pages for higher rankings and conversions.
• Analyse rankings, traffic, and performance data to inform strategy.
• Provide data‑driven CRO and SEO recommendations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and strategists to implement changes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, AI search trends, CRO, and content strategy.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strategic thinker who can lead SEO direction, not just execute tasks.
• Available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT or ET.
• Willing to submit a short video (max 10 min) outlining a past SEO strategy and results.
• Managerial level experience with a proactive, initiative‑taking attitude.
