SEO Specialist – AI‑Powered Search & Paid Media

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to lead advanced SEO and GEO strategies across multiple brands while integrating AI‑driven search techniques and paid media campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in boosting organic visibility, enhancing AI‑search performance, and driving measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO & GEO strategies that improve traffic, rankings, AI‑search visibility, and conversions.
• Design AI‑ready schema structures optimized for large language models, chatbots, and generative search platforms.
• Conduct keyword, entity, and topical research for both traditional and AI‑powered search ecosystems.
• Optimize technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO, including metadata, schema markup, crawlability, and site performance.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to embed machine‑learning insights and automation into SEO workflows.
• Monitor SEO and PPC performance, analyze ROI, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Support paid campaigns with AI‑informed keyword targeting and audience segmentation.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and AI search advancements.
• Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience on large‑scale or multi‑brand websites.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into growth strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Stable employment history and proven stakeholder management abilities.
