Senior Systems Administrator – Apple Focus (Hybrid)

About the role

ConnectOS is seeking a Senior/L3 Systems Administrator with deep expertise in Apple environments to support its Australian and US client base. The role is hybrid, combining onsite work in Metro Manila with remote responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve scheduled service requests, escalations, and maintenance tasks within SLA targets.
• Administer and monitor RMM, backup, patching, and vulnerability management platforms.
• Respond to system alerts, incidents, and service issues, escalating when necessary.
• Develop and improve operational processes, automation, and workflows to boost efficiency.
• Delegate repeatable tasks to junior staff through clear documentation and process design.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates, time entries, technical documentation, and client communications in HaloPSA.
• Participate in change management activities, including reviews and approvals.
• Support automation initiatives using tools such as RefTab and scripting.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT Support, MSP, NOC, or Service Desk environments serving AU or US clients.
• Strong system administration background with Apple/macOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud‑first environments.
• Hands‑on experience with HaloPSA or similar PSA platforms.
• Proven ability to manage RMM platforms, monitoring, alerts, backups, patching, vulnerability management, endpoint maintenance, and SaaS administration.
• Experience with Jamf and Apple device management.
• Understanding of SLA‑driven support, change management, and technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client‑facing experience.
• Apple certifications (e.g., ACSP, ACTC, ACSA) and Jamf certifications are a strong plus.
