Senior Process Executive – Pharmacovigilance (RN) – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Process Executive in Clinical Data Management/Pharmacovigilance (CDM/PV) to provide day‑shift support from home. The role involves handling safety operations and pharmacovigilance activities for global accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide voice support for pharmacovigilance and safety operations during day shifts.
• Conduct structured, empathetic clinical interviews with patients and healthcare providers.
• Gather, interpret and summarize clinical information and medical terminology.
• Enter and document sensitive medical data accurately using safety systems and CRM tools.
• Follow SOPs, confidentiality standards and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Adapt to shifting schedules and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; Registered Pharmacist (RPh) also considered.
• 0–2 years of experience in BPO or healthcare settings.
• Background in clinical practice, safety case intake, medical information or healthcare operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medications and common disease conditions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documenting medical information.
• Willingness to attend full‑time onsite training before transitioning to hybrid work.
