Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Cyberzone is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing efforts across tech, gaming, mobile and lifestyle categories. The role will shape strategy, drive acquisition and build community engagement to reinforce Cyberzone’s position as the premier tech destination in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, brand positioning and revenue targets.
• Lead end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns (social, paid media, SEO/SEM, influencer/KOL, email, display, CRM & retargeting) and optimise performance against KPIs.
• Define content strategy and oversee creation of high‑impact digital assets that reinforce brand storytelling.
• Analyse campaign data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush and social listening tools; produce insights reports and actionable recommendations.
• Manage SEO initiatives including technical optimisation, keyword strategy and on‑page improvements.
• Build and nurture online communities around gaming, tech and pop‑culture, driving participation, advocacy and loyalty.
• Coordinate influencer/KOL collaborations, digital PR and partnership campaigns with media agencies and brand partners.
• Oversee digital marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently and evaluate agency performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior digital marketing roles within technology or gaming sectors.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into strategic actions.
• Excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and multiple stakeholders.
