Senior DevOps Engineer – Azure & Multi‑Cloud

About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of DevOps practices across several software projects. You will work with a modern stack that includes React, Angular, Python, and .NET, and you will manage deployments on both Azure and AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for multiple teams.
• Define and optimise cloud infrastructure strategy for Azure and AWS, focusing on performance, cost and security.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation or ARM templates and coach teams on IaC best practices.
• Deploy, manage and scale containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS).
• Establish monitoring, logging and alerting standards using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Azure Monitor or CloudWatch.
• Enforce DevOps standards, release governance, environment consistency and rollback procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA and security to ensure reliable, streamlined deployments.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of incidents and drive post‑mortem improvements.
• Evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and cloud‑native services.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Deep expertise with Azure and AWS, including hybrid/multi‑cloud architectures.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor peers.
• Strong understanding of networking, system administration and cloud security.
