Senior Bookkeeper / Accountant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to support our client’s finance operations in the Philippines. The role works closely with the Controller and senior leadership to ensure accurate financial records, disciplined cash management, and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update weekly 13‑week cash flow forecasts and identify cash risks.
• Process credit applications, perform credit checks, and set up new customers in NetSuite.
• Manage accounts receivable collections, maintain AR aging reports, and handle customer rebates, deductions, and disputes.
• Assist with vendor bill entry, purchase order matching, and accounts payable coding and approval.
• Support month‑end close, financial reporting, and NetSuite reporting processes.
• Prepare weekly bills‑to‑pay reports and recommend line‑of‑credit draws or repayments.

Required profile

• Strong U.S. accounting experience, preferably in a product‑based, inventory‑driven environment.
• Excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work closely with the Controller and senior leadership.
