Remote Recruiter (Philippines)

About the role

AbroadWorks is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its fully remote team in the Philippines. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both offshore and onshore candidates, helping North American clients secure top global talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Interview candidates in English and assess fit for client requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to define job specifications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment.
• At least 1 year of experience conducting interviews in English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and logical reasoning skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Creative problem‑solving and ability to think outside the box.
