About the role
OutPeak Services Inc. is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support its e‑commerce brands across North America. You will handle customer inquiries via email, chat and phone, ensuring a smooth order experience and high satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer chats, emails and occasional phone calls.
- Promote additional products and services during interactions.
- Process orders accurately and in a timely manner using Shopify.
- Identify customer needs, provide solutions and follow‑up to guarantee resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system.
- Achieve personal and team performance targets and quotas.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in a customer‑facing role for an e‑commerce brand.
- Proficiency with Shopify and a ticketing system such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
