Customer Service Representative – Home Warranty Specialist

About the role

ClearSource is looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as the Home Warranty Specialist for its premium home appliance warranty program. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate coverage, resolve issues and reduce the stress of home maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with internal and external customers, contractors and business partners to resolve service issues.
• Discuss covered and non‑covered items on calls, including out‑of‑pocket costs.
• Send emails and collaborate with other departments to provide support.
• Manage recalls and open dispatch tickets.
• Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly.
• Attempt to retain dissatisfied customers.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for the Home Warranty Campaign, answering questions about coverage limits and account changes.
• Process billing inquiries, payments and pre‑appointment work orders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center or customer‑support role.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Customer‑first mindset with the ability to listen, empathize and deliver accurate solutions.
