Regulatory Affairs Manager

About the role

The Regulatory Affairs team at Revolut builds transparent relationships with regulators to keep the business moving forward with confidence. As a Regulatory Affairs Manager you will lead communication with Philippine regulators, ensure compliance across innovative products, and act as a bridge between regulators and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Communicating clearly with regulators (BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC) and internal teams, translating complex regulatory information into digestible formats.
• Ensuring timely and accurate responses to regulator requests while maintaining service level agreements with Compliance, Risk, and Legal.
• Keeping regulators informed about new products, initiatives, and ad‑hoc updates.
• Collaborating with Risk and Compliance to share communications during incidents.
• Preparing management reports and briefing materials for regulator meetings and internal committees.
• Delivering training and updates on regulatory requirements to product teams and the broader business.
• Building scalable processes and documentation for the regulatory affairs function.
• Championing conduct and compliance across the organization.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or risk management within a top‑tier financial institution, fintech, or regulatory body.
• Established professional network with regulators in the Philippines.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory regimes (BSP, SEC, AMLC, NPC) and best practices for regional financial institutions.
• Understanding of payments systems, technology‑driven financial products, and mobile applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, project management, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills for analysing complex regulatory information.
