Regional Engineer (Zamboanga)

About the role

The Regional Engineer will oversee pawnshop construction, renovation and maintenance projects across the assigned region, ensuring compliance with standards and timely delivery. This role involves regular site inspections, coordination with maintenance staff and preparation of detailed reports.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for upcoming, ongoing, and renovation pawnshop projects within the region.
• Plan and supervise office services such as construction, renovation, repair, sanitation, communication and records management.
• Assign and schedule tasks for maintenance staff and monitor progress.
• Prepare and submit periodic project assessment and premises inspection reports.

Required profile

• Professional license (Board/Bar/Professional) in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to work anywhere in Ilocos and travel as required.
• Ability to accept additional projects.
