Facilities Manager

About the role

You will lead the operations of TaskUs' properties and act as the subject‑matter expert for the Facilities team, ensuring a world‑class environment where teammates can perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of TaskUs’ properties and ensure they reflect the company’s brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑functioning workplace, including oversight of housekeeping, security, catering and building services.
• Conduct regular site audits and engage with teammates to identify and resolve facility‑related issues.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the Facilities team, fostering a culture aligned with TaskUs core values.
• Ensure quality meals and overall site condition meet world‑class standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a facilities or operations team.
• At least four direct reports with demonstrated ability to inspire and coach staff.
• Strong commitment to TaskUs core values and a People‑First culture.
• Ability to audit sites, understand teammate needs and maintain high service standards.
