About the role
We are seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our managed accounts. In this fast‑paced environment you will source, screen and coordinate candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and coordinate candidates for multiple roles.
- Maintain accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to match talent with business needs.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with data, trackers and recruitment systems.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Background in HR, business or a related field is preferred.
- Driven, resourceful and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Experience using ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools.
