We are seeking a sharp, detail‑oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition for our managed accounts. In this fast‑paced environment you will source, screen and coordinate candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and coordinate candidates for multiple roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to match talent with business needs.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process from start to finish.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers and recruitment systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Background in HR, business or a related field is preferred.
• Driven, resourceful and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using ATS platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools.
