Real Estate Planning Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Planning Manager will lead the planning, scheduling, and cost control activities for construction and development projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, quantity surveyors, and site teams to track progress.
• Handle cost monitoring, cost control, and budget reporting.
• Review and prepare bidding documents, project estimates, and detailed reports.
• Analyze project risks and delays, recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Produce weekly and monthly accomplishment reports for management.
• Support senior management in strategic project planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning management, quantity surveying, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, planning, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
