Mall General Manager – Tagaytay

About the role

The Mall General Manager will lead all aspects of Festival Supermall’s operations in Tagaytay, driving strategic leasing, marketing, financial performance, and tenant satisfaction. This senior position oversees day‑to‑day activities, ensures a safe and welcoming environment, and implements initiatives that boost foot traffic and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the mall’s marketing plan, manage the website, social media, and promotional events.
• Conduct market scans, create leasing strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain an optimal tenant mix.
• Oversee operational functions including tenant onboarding/off‑boarding, facilities management, housekeeping, and service quality.
• Maintain security and safety standards, ensure compliance with occupational health regulations, and manage third‑party security providers.
• Resolve tenant complaints, implement procedures across departments, and foster strong tenant relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a shopping centre or large retail property.
• Strong understanding of strategic leasing, marketing, operations, and safety compliance.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive revenue growth.
