Quality Assurance & Control Engineer

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will ensure that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications. You will manage documentation, conduct inspections, and act as a draftsman to support project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain all QA/QC documents for the project, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, non‑compliance reports, and site instructions.
• Perform daily inspections and tests on‑site and off‑site to verify compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare, track, and close Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) and Site Instructions.
• Ensure that work follows approved Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans.
• Report quality‑related issues to the Construction Manager and Project Manager and liaise on material submissions, testing, design changes, and variations.
• Document and communicate any unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Act as a draftsman, producing technical drawings as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction.
• Familiarity with industry standards and quality management systems.
• Willingness to be assigned to any project location.
