About the role
We are looking for a licensed architect to lead QA/QC inspections for our Makati project, ensuring architectural works meet quality standards and specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct QA/QC inspections of architectural works and finishes.
- Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to address quality issues.
- Verify completion of corrective actions and support project close‑out activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture and PRC‑licensed architect.
- 3‑5 years of experience in QA/QC, site inspections, construction or fit‑out projects.
- Experience with hotel, hospitality, commercial, high‑rise or mixed‑use developments is a plus.
Required skills
- AutoCAD.
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
