Project Planner / Scheduler – International (Pakil)

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong as a Project Planner/Scheduler for a high‑profile international hydro‑project based in Pakil. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and analysing integrated schedules to ensure timely delivery and cost‑effective execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Analyse EPC contractor work programs, baselines and updates.
• Monitor weekly project progress and performance through Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Prepare schedule updates, progress reports, S‑curves and dashboards for senior management.
• Identify schedule risks, critical‑path impacts and propose mitigation measures.
• Conduct time‑impact and delay analyses to support Extension‑of‑Time (EOT) claims.
• Review contractor delay submissions and provide independent assessments.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and contracts teams to maintain schedule alignment.
• Maintain schedule integrity, logic, coding and resource loading.
• Support contractual and commercial discussions related to time and progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of project scheduling experience, including at least 10 years on large hydro projects.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
• Extensive experience with Earned Value Management reporting.
• Hands‑on expertise in delay analysis and EOT claim preparation (TIA, as‑planned vs as‑built, windows analysis).
• Proficient use of MS Excel and project reporting tools.
