Project Manager – Renewable Energy Consulting

About the role

AFRY is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy consulting assignments across the Philippines and the broader APAC region. You will oversee feasibility studies, technical advisory projects, and EPC tendering for solar, wind, and hybrid energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage conceptual design, feasibility, and technical due‑diligence studies for ground‑mounted, rooftop, floating solar PV, battery storage, on‑shore and off‑shore wind projects.
• Lead EPC tendering processes, negotiate with contractors, and support IPP bidding activities.
• Coordinate technical consulting assignments and compile client reports.
• Participate in business development, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations when required.
• Assist clients as an Owner’s Engineer on construction supervision, design review, and project management.

Required profile

• Higher professional degree in an engineering discipline (B.Sc. or higher).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in power utilities, IPP development, engineering firms, or power‑sector consulting.
• Proven track record in renewable‑energy project development, especially solar PV.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and meet tight deadlines.
