Project Coordinator – SEA & Pacific

About the role

The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of selected GT projects across the Southeast Asia and Pacific region. Reporting to the Regional Lead and Operations Manager, the role assists Project Managers in ensuring projects are completed on time, to high-quality standards and in line with the terms of reference.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in opportunity assessment, complete BMS compliance forms, create opportunity codes and update pursuit records.
• Support Project Directors and Project Managers with compliance documentation for SEA & Pacific projects.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and alignment of project deliverables.
• Provide corporate and administrative support for regional management, including logistics, accommodation, travel arrangements and office equipment set-up for new projects.
• Prepare contracts for staff and assist in drafting sub-consultancy and joint-venture agreements with partners.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Regional Lead or Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of practical experience in general operations, project management and business development.
• Experience in a multinational engineering environment is an advantage.
• High-level communication skills and strong written English proficiency.
• Willingness to develop skills through further education.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
