About the role
The Program Manager for Niche and Special Markets will lead the design, execution, and oversight of strategic initiatives aimed at niche banking segments. You will work closely with sales, product, and operational teams to drive customer engagement and meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads, sales, product, and operational stakeholders to develop and launch targeted programs.
- Use market insights and customer feedback to tailor program strategies for niche segments.
- Manage program scope, timelines, resources, and performance metrics.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies.
- Implement process improvements based on performance data.
- Engage key clients and stakeholders to build relationships and enhance satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools and customer insights to optimize program delivery.
- Lead cross‑functional project teams across product, sales, marketing, data analytics, operations, and technology.
- Develop and deliver training workshops for the sales team.
Required profile
- University graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and industry trends.
- Proven experience developing and managing strategic programs.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
