Program Manager – Manufacturing & NPI

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensuring seamless delivery of products to our customers in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the program team to meet departmental objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal functions, resolving issues promptly.
• Drive NPI activities, aligning production, quality, and planning teams with customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling claims, negotiations, and commercial decisions.
• Monitor demand‑supply performance, conduct forecast analysis, and ensure order fulfillment.
• Track and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for delivery, quality, and service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5–8 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in NPI and cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong customer management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and drive KPI performance.
