About the role
The Procurement Specialist II supports the full procurement lifecycle for REPH, ensuring operational continuity, cost efficiency, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end procurement processes, from requisition validation to purchase execution, while aligning with REPH policies and budget controls.
- Lead commercial negotiations, manage supplier onboarding, and govern annual bidding activities to secure best‑value outcomes.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and monitor contract compliance, flagging risks and deviations.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, drive continuous improvement of workflows, and ensure transparent, audit‑ready documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum three years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply‑chain operations.
- Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, and RFQ/RFP administration.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
