Procurement Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist to join our Indirect Procurement team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate vendor records in NetSuite and managing individual hardware and software purchases using P‑Cards and purchase orders.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and audit vendor master data in NetSuite, including contact, banking and tax information.
• Onboard and offboard vendors, identify rationalization opportunities and ensure data integrity.
• Manage end‑to‑end purchasing of licensed hardware and software, from request through fulfillment and renewal decisions.
• Reconcile P‑Card transactions and process purchase orders in compliance with company policies.
• Support indirect spend initiatives such as stakeholder engagement, documentation collection, RFX administration and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Own performance metrics related to data accuracy, purchasing efficiency and operational compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal and external vendors to streamline workflows and represent the procurement team professionally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of professional experience, including at least two years in procurement, purchasing or sourcing.
• Strong accountability, proactive attitude and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of driving process improvements.
