Process Improvement Manager

About the role

The Process Improvement Manager will lead strategic initiatives to optimise sales processes, enhance digital sales systems and develop POS front‑of‑house solutions across all restaurant locations. This role combines business analysis, process engineering and compliance expertise to drive efficiency, support sustainable growth and ensure data security.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of restaurant sales management processes as the subject‑matter expert.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovations to boost sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with operations and head‑office teams to align processes with organisational objectives.
• Drive the creation and rollout of digital sales channels and payment systems, ensuring tax and data‑security compliance.
• Enhance POS front‑of‑house systems for dine‑in, takeout, drive‑through and bulk orders, including user‑friendly interface design and training.
• Plan and execute POS launches for new products, promotions and key accounts.
• Conduct environmental scanning to capture emerging technologies and market trends.
• Manage POS master data, ensuring consistency, translation accuracy and internal control compliance.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in business analysis and process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and data‑security standards for digital transactions.
• Experience with POS front‑of‑house solutions and digital sales platforms.
• Ability to lead change‑management initiatives and mitigate process risks.
