Outbound Sales Specialist – Remote (Morning Shift)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team on a permanent remote basis. You will work from home during the Australian morning shift, engaging with prospective students and corporate executives to promote our education courses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold and warm calls to generate and nurture leads.
• Engage C‑level executives and decision‑makers about course offerings.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective students and corporate clients.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience with a focus on cold calling, B2B and outbound sales.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in a BPO or call‑center environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently from home.
