Operator 1, Test Manufacturing

About the role

The Operator 1, Test Manufacturing will work in the test manufacturing area of Analog Devices, executing production processes that support semiconductor device testing. The role focuses on quality, efficiency, safety, and meeting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor test equipment and handlers following standard operating procedures.
• Load and unload devices on test machines.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to technicians or engineers.
• Document test results, lot movement, and equipment status accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and attend training programs.
• Collaborate with team members and shift leaders to achieve production goals.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
• Experience in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
