About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our non‑voice team. In this position you will handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests through chat, email, or other messaging platforms, ensuring a high level of satisfaction without using phone calls.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and account details.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer‑satisfaction standards.
Required profile
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
