Mall General Manager – Alabang

About the role

The Mall General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of mall management for Festival Supermall in Alabang. This senior position is responsible for strategic leasing, tenant relations, business planning, financial oversight, facilities management, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the mall’s marketing plan and budget, including events, festivals, website and social media content, and promotional collateral.
• Conduct market analysis, create leasing strategies, negotiate contracts, and maintain an optimal tenant mix to drive foot traffic and revenue.
• Oversee daily operations, tenant onboarding and off‑boarding, design and construction guidelines, housekeeping, and overall customer service standards.
• Manage security and safety programs, ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and supervise third‑party security providers.
• Resolve tenant complaints, implement procedural improvements, and coordinate across internal departments to enhance the customer and tenant experience.
