Lead or Senior Engineer, Roads

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Lead or Senior Engineer to join its Transport – Roads team. You will help deliver innovative and sustainable road and transport design solutions for international projects, contributing to the design and delivery of major highway infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide civil engineering expertise for major road and highway projects.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Assist in proposal writing and support project management activities.
• Manage technical components of projects and ensure quality deliverables.
• Prepare and review technical reports with clarity and precision.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered status or willingness to work towards CPEng/RPEQ.
• Approximately six years of relevant experience in highways and road projects.
• Experience working with local government and both public and private sector clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
