About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our customer base. Working remotely, you will engage potential clients, spark interest in our solutions, and set up appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Accurately record call details and contact information in our system.
• Represent the company professionally during all interactions.
• Ensure each call complies with company standards and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver timely reports on call activity and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar voice‑based role.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication abilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts.
• Proactive, adaptable, highly professional, and collaborative.
