Key Account Manager – Hybrid Work

About the role

ZALORA is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our brand and seller partners. Working in a hybrid setup, you will be the main point of contact for assigned accounts, driving sales, profitability, and seamless operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage brand/seller relationships, acting as the primary internal and external contact.
• Own assigned seller accounts or categories, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Analyze sales performance, identify threats and opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Support transition of brands to hybrid or marketplace models and negotiate related agreements.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects involving existing sellers.
• Advise sellers on assortment, pricing, and participation in marketing campaigns.
• Deliver performance reviews and interpret KPIs using commercial levers.
• Oversee contract renegotiations and keep Category Lead informed.
• Monitor operational compliance, coordinate with Vendor Management, and resolve logistics issues.
• Track and report on Account Management KPIs, escalating risks as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts or seller portfolios in e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of ZALORA’s market, competitors, and industry trends.
