Junior Business Development Executive (Hybrid, Manila)

About the role

The Junior Business Development Executive will focus on acquiring new residential and commercial clients for the Retail Aggregation Program. Working independently in the field, you will engage with Homeowners' Associations and Property Management Offices to secure contracts and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility visits to prospective communities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with community representatives, ensuring timely collection of onboarding documents.
• Coordinate and attend community meetings, including evenings and weekends, to meet acquisition targets.
• Research, qualify, and add HOA/PMO leads to the sales pipeline.
• Execute cold outreach (calls, emails, site visits) to generate appointments.
• Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and schedule meetings for senior staff.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead progress.
