About the role
The Branch Manager – Sales will support the Business Center’s volume objectives by acquiring new accounts and cross‑selling YGC products. The role is based at the Business Center locations in Baclaran, Moonwalk, Quirino Avenue, and Sucat, and focuses on driving growth for the Retail Banking Group.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Business Center’s sales plan aligned with Retail Banking Group goals.
- Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships through internal and external sales initiatives.
- Cross‑sell YGC products to increase revenue per account.
- Maintain strong, cordial relationships with clients and ensure timely servicing of their financial needs.
- Collaborate with business units to align sales activities with overall banking strategies.
Required profile
- Team player with a passion for working in a banking environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any business‑related discipline.
- Proven ability in strategic planning, management, and financial management.
