Junior Architect – AutoCAD & Revit

About the role

NP Designs Philippines is looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join its Alabang office. The role focuses on producing detailed architectural design development using AutoCAD and Revit while collaborating closely with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, design plans, and technical documentation.
• Develop 3‑D models and construction documents in Revit.
• Assist in creating bills of quantities (BOQ) and take‑off schedules.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural solutions.
• Support project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3‑5 years of experience in design and technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with international building codes; Saudi Building Code is a plus.
