About the role

Cognizant is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to join its Cebu office. The role focuses on delivering first‑line technical assistance to internal users and supporting daily IT operations.

Key responsibilities

    Required profile

    • Completed at least 2 years of college education or a senior high school graduate.
    • Minimum of 1 year of Service Desk/Help Desk experience.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Willingness to work onsite at Skyrise 4A, Cebu.
    • Availability to work a shifting schedule.
