HR Supervisor - Employee Engagement & Labor Relations

About the role

TaskUs, a global provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience, is looking for an HR Supervisor in Antipolo. The role leads the People Operations department, focusing on employee engagement, labor relations and related functions, and acts as the advisor to stakeholders on people-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive programs under the People Operations department, including case management and employee engagement.
• Handle performance management and other special projects assigned to you.
• Improve, propose and implement employee engagement activities.
• Advise stakeholders on all people-related issues and concerns.

Required profile

• At least 3-4 years of experience; BPO experience at a generalist or supervisory level is preferred.
• Experience leading employee engagement and a strong background in employee engagement and labor relations.
• Willingness to work night shifts or a rotating schedule.
