About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist/Assistant to join CopierOnline Philippines Inc. in Quezon City. In this full-time position you will support a wide range of HR activities, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring smooth operations for our growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding of new hires and help them integrate into the organization.
- Administer employee benefits and support payroll-related tasks.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff at all levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives, projects, and company events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in various HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and handle pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
