HR Services Specialist

About the role

The HR Services Specialist will be the primary point of contact for employee HR queries, ensuring smooth delivery of HR processes and compliance with Nestlé policies and Philippine labor laws. This role supports payroll, benefits, data management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and programs, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with payroll to guarantee accurate, timely payroll processing, handling deductions, allowances, and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local labor legislation and Nestlé HR policies, ensuring statutory compliance across all HR activities.
• Keep employee records current in the HRIS, generate reports, and analyse HR metrics to drive process improvements.
• Assist with employee engagement programs, including events, surveys, and recognition activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar function.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
