HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Generalist will manage and oversee the human‑resource and administrative functions for a company of roughly 1,525 employees, including on‑the‑job trainees. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, documentation, payroll support, and compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment using platforms such as Bossjob and coordinate with department heads on staffing needs.
• Coordinate with schools, colleges and universities for OJT student deployment, monitor attendance, performance and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle employee concerns, prepare disciplinary notices and ensure procedures comply with DOLE regulations.
• Maintain employee files, prepare contracts, onboarding documents and manage turnover paperwork.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime and prepare summaries for payroll processing.
• Manage HR petty‑cash, liquidate expenses and oversee office supply purchases.
• Process government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG) and assist with permit applications.
• Support management in implementing company policies and monitor compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in generalist HR functions within a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE guidelines.
• Ability to work closely with educational institutions and manage OJT programs.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
